An old schoolfriend (who I shall hereby refer to as AMY) rocked up at my place a couple of days ago. Haven't seen her in like, three years (since 11th grade, she's a couple of years younger) because she ended up moving all over the place and out of town/state/whatever, so no-one really recognized her. |D Knew her from her voice though, hasn't changed a bit.

Rachel showed up a couple of hours later, also unannounced. They're really lucky that no-one really ever goes out here, seeing that they both live like, three hours away. xD Ack. But anyway, Rachel brought down an AWESOME gift. *D*

It's kinda big really, just over eleven and a half inches tall. PRETTY.

Soraya was supposed to be on her way back from Western Australia, buuuut she missed her flight forsomereasonthatshewouldn'tsay, so she caught a later flight. MEANWHILE Amy, Rachel and I just hung out at the PLAYGROUND for an hour or so. Amy was rating people on how they parked outside the store. Only one lady actually parked inside the lines, so Amy gave her an enthusiastic first place!

We don't know Amy.

Then we started commenting on everything written on the playground bench. "has box extensions" is the best comment ever.

Anyway uuuhhh yeah, SO WE GOT BACK HOME. Rachel and Amy rested for like, an hour or something. They were driving down here for three hours or so, so that's totally understandable. And it gave me a chance to keep working on artwork while they played the lazy game. 8D Supeerrrrrr. Soraya finally got back to her place at 8pm, so OFF WE WENT. IN THREE SEPARATE CARS.

And watched The Sweetest Thing on DVD before crashing and snoozing off.

THEN THE NEXT DAY WE WENT OUT TO THE CINEMAS.

I love how this is all spaced out as if there should be more pictures. 8[ Mom actually ordered a camera for my birthday - already knew that it was gonna take some time. Stupid Canon is taking so long though END SMALL TAG.

YEAH SO WE WENT OUT TO THE CINEMAS. Yeeeessiree, bought tickets to see three movies in a row.



SUPERBAD WAS KINDA LIKE THIS



Okay, so it wasn't really bad or anything, I found it entertaining. I just thought it was gonna be much better than what it was. Lives up to it's premise though, awkward comedy about awkward AMERICAN highschool life.

Medium popcorn and medium Frozen Coke/Raspberry. Finished the Frozen coke after about 45 minutes. Oh man, I've never been so thirsty in my life.



WE SOMEHOW KILLED HALF AN HOUR BEFORE GOING TO THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM



Good movie, but this was THE MOST POINTLESS ZOOM IN THE HISTORY OF FILM. I'M NOT LYING ABOUT THAT WHOOSH SOUND EFFECT. Also I've never actually watched the first two movies. And this theater was smaller than the first one.

Small popcorn and medium Frozen Coke/Raspberry INSTEAD OF A LARGE.



We had 20 minutes to kill this time. SO WE WENT TO SUBWAY. Rachel and I didn't order anything, we just sat there for the air conditioning while Amy and Soraya got their STUPID SMALL SUB THINGS. And then we went back to the cinemas and waited for the theater to open.

This was actually the best out of the three. I was expecting a total shitstorm of a film, because it sounded like a sequel of a film that really didn't need a sequel. But the way they worked this was like, it wasn't even a sequel at all. It was like, a new film based in the same kind of world as Bruce Almighty. Bruce wasn't even remotely thought about in this.

Also Morgan Freeman.

Also this was the smallest theater in the cinema so we were all up the front. WE HAD LEG RESTS IT WAS SO COMFY.

Also no popcorn and a LARGE FROZEN COKE/RASPBERRY my god I will never get over that stuff.

AND THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED. Uuhhh got about six hours sleep, left Soraya's place at 7:20am because her and Rachel were going out to see a new foal/colt. Amy went.. somewhere. And I went home. And had a shower. And breakfast because I've been living on nothing but Pringles, sour strips, gummi bears, gobstoppers, popcorn, and Frozen Coke/Raspberry for the past two days. DELICIOUS. @3@

Everything has this weird popcorn aftertaste today. I think I've scrubbed my mouth out like three times today. It's like that one episode of that one show when that one girl can only taste pork on everything. Except there's no voodoo this time.


Oh ALSO OUR CAT HAD KITTENS APPARENTLY, I must get pictures of them tomorrow when it is light.
